How Can I Support Peace Day @ UW?

This page lays out the kinds of long-term support we need year-to-year to make Peace Day a consistent and successful event.  However, we need your help now to make Peace Day @ UW a guaranteed success.  Click here to help with this year's event.

There are three major ways to become a supporter of Peace Day @ UW.

Collaborating Member:
Collaborating Members are individuals or organizations that make up the Peace Day @ UW Committee. They are involved in the planning, organizing, and implementation of Committee activities and administration. Collaborating members can be students, staff, faculty, or community members.

Community Supporter:
Community Supporters are individuals, companies, or organizations that support the Peace Day @ UW Committee by donating or discounting products or services. Community Supporters are also those, such as religious leaders, that encourage their constituents to take part in Peace Day @ UW.

Volunteer:
Volunteers are individuals or organizations that help set up, operate, and clean up after events. Volunteers will also document events and help Collaborating Members in the planning, organizing, and implementation of events. Information on volunteer opportunities will be posted on Idealist.org.
